- Thebe acquired 57% of Sekelo, an oil trading company mainly focusing on domestic trades
- Thebe acquired 28% in STISA an oil trading company mainly focusing in Africa
- Thebe acquired 15% of Burgan Cape Terminal a fuel storage company based in Western Cape
