Dineo Molefe
Dineo’s professional experiences have shaped her as a:

During her career, she has occupied several senior decision-making roles, in addition to serving as Senior financial advisor, Senior Executive and Director at leading South African companies like Eskom, Thebe Investment Corporation, Spur Corporation and Vodacom South Africa. She has also been the Chairman of various audit committees, including Accentuate Ltd.
Prior to her current role as the Managing Director for T-Systems South Africa from May 2018, she was the Chief Financial Officer for T-Systems South Africa from April 2016. Her role as Managing Director is a multi-faceted one that sees her drawing on her combined knowledge and experience to further grow the award-winning local wing of this multinational ICT provider – developing integrated, flexible and industry-specific solutions that enhance customers’ operations for the networked future.
Dineo is passionate about developing women leaders in Africa and has established development initiatives within the organisational environments of T-Systems and, previously, the Thebe Group. She actively participates in this regard as a mentor and coach for aspirant young women and most recently received the Positive Role Model accolade at the Gender Mainstreaming Awards 2018.
